A Season in Quarantine - Day Forty Two

Less of a daily walk - more of a compendium of cats.

It started off as a simple walk for just me and my regular walking companion.

We stopped to sniff the dandelion clocks...

and were observed by the tabby from across the way who thinks he is a lion, but he didn't deign to join us

 The walk continued...

We were soon joined by our other regular partner - nothing to see. Just a woman and two cats out for their communal daily walk.

The tabby was waiting for us, concealed in traffic furniture, as we emerged from the first field, but eventually we all managed to pass without warfare.

The path beckoned and we continued on our way.

Sometimes, though, you've just got to stop to check out that rustling in the ivy.
