A Season in Quarantine - Day Forty Five

The pre and post walk must-have look at the moment!

So, today was a day for getting things wrong, but nicely.

I went out earlier than usual in search of stronger light (in current, dark rainy conditions there was little chance of that) and to get my daily walk in between downpours (not like that worked, either).

I thought, given the amount of rain, that the water levels in the stream would be higher. I didn't see any sign of that. There was a lot of water, but not noticeably more than on previous days.

I did, however, under estimate how quickly grass and thistles will grow in wet conditions and how many extra holes those cutesy 'liddle' bunny rabbits would try to dig in the wet soil. I'm lucky I didn't break my ankle on a number of occasions. Also, tomorrow, if it's still raining, welly boots will be worn.
