A Season in Quarantine - Day Thirty Five

Today's walk (and yesterday's) began with a brisk stepping out down the main road to post a letter. After that I was free to enjoy whatever the walk had in store for me.

Some of the peonies in the peony field are beginning to open

And then I met this piper out practising and walking his dog (as you do).

Despite the rain of the other day, we still need more.
