In this part of the county we badly need the rain - the ground is parched. After my experiences of yesterday, I badly needed the walk. So yes, it was cold and wet and very lovely. It was also beautifully isolated (no one else was stupid enough to be out walking in the wet!)
A view from inside a barn - I had a much loved child's picture book that told a story of children sheltering in a barn while it rained. So creating this image was a must.
