A Season in Quarantine - Day Ten

Each day I go out, even if I walk the same route, I try to focus on different things, walk the path from a different perspective, even vary the light by going out at a different time (although afternoon is my favourite walking time, because I can justify the treat and the exercise after a morning's desk work).

These are some of the sights I saw while out walking on my own this afternoon.

A Season in Quarantine - Day Nine

This is the first day of the more rigorous lockdown, but we are still allowed out once a day for exercise, so my photo walks can still legitimately take place. Today, however, I did not walk alone. For much of my walk I was accompanied by cats: mine and next door's and then a third unknown black cat that looks like next door's but isn't (trust me on this, there are two different black cats in these photos, as well as a black and white one).

 Following my leaders...

Whilst may daffodils are fading, others are opening in their place. The path well trodden can still surprise.
