My walking buddy for this afternoon.
Today was a day for the ladybirds to be up and about
The leftovers from peony picking lie scattered on the soil...
... but there are still peonies blossoming in the field
My walking buddy fits in a quick dust bath beneath the peonies.
Frustration at the human delaying things - come along back there!
As I said, it's Ladybird day today.
